Contrail Order stuck on "Processing"

I have just ordered two airport addons via the Contrail App, but there was a problem during checkout, and it stalled on "Processing". Now the order has vanished altogether (as I rebooted the Contrail App to see if this would resolve the issue), and I do not have download links to either of the products. I have no idea if payment has been taken or not.

I have contacted support regarding this, so hopefully they will be able to sort it out. For the record, I only have one account and email address with Contrail, so that line of troubleshooting can be dismissed.
