September 13, 20241 yr G'day all, unfortunatley I haven't the time to watch all the Asobo videos and I am wondering if anything has been put ot there about native support for force feedback joysticks & rudders? I have recently purchased the Brunner joystick & rudder pedals & have found in 2020 that I am having some conficts with settings in 2020 & their software - for example the rudder pedals developed a life of thier own with a flutter like crazy - solved when I removed the pedal settings in 2020 - other compatabilty problem have also surfaced. Hence the question about native support in 2024 - I noted that when 2020 came out VR was pretty patchy to say the least. As for the Brunner hardware - when I can get it going without conflicts it is simply amazing - but odd conflicts raise thier ugly heads every now & again when I try to set up a new profile Rattso Cooler Master Cosmos 700M - MSI Godlike X (Devillike!!) - AMDD Ryzen 9 9950X3D (water cooled) - 128gb Corsair Vengeance 5200 D5 - ASUS ROG Astral GeForce RTX 5090 Liquid OC GDDR7 32GB - EVGA 2000W P/S - Creative AE-7 - intel Optane 500gb - 3x 2tb M2 SSDs - 2x 2tb Samsung EVO SSDs - 1x Hybrid 2tb HDD - Brunner CLS-63E Joystick - Honeycombe Bravo quadrant - Brunner CLS-B rudder pedals - Samsung Odessey Ark 55" - G9 49" monitor
September 13, 20241 yr I think the last Q and A said they would look into it. Maybe the next Q and A on the 25th, which is 2024 specific, will say more. (I think it's answers rather than questions on this session.) Edited September 13, 20241 yr by jonesrob Rob Jones.
October 13, 20241 yr Hello, To help you with problems with Brunner hardware. It is important that no peripherals use the PITCH ROLL YAW axes in FS2020. To be checked in FS2020, also for keyboard, mouse... Everything goes through Brunner's CLS2Sim software Edited October 13, 20241 yr by mgrandjean
