AAO and connection lost to Combo II

Featured Replies

Hello,

I have a problem with the connection from VRi Combo II to Axis and Ohs.

After loading a flight, the bridge to AAO works. I can make entries on the Combo II and it is transferred to the plane. But...
as soon as I press a button in the MSFS plane (or work on the EFB) and then turn a control and/or press a button on the Combo II, the connection is lost. Only after I go offline and back online at AAO or the bridge the transfer does work. But.... only as long as I don't do any of the activities described above in the plane. Then the chaos starts all over again. On every plane!!

Can you help me?

Best regards / Liebe Grüße

Thomas

Not really, no. Sorry. I don't have any VRI hardware myself, the Bridge has been developed "blind" for a fellow simmer - who is no longer using it either, it seems. With these new FCU devices that came out in the last few months, it looks like many people are retiring their VRIs.

From the sound of it, you probably have an error somewhere in the output/display scripts that you are using in the Bridge program. That's the only logical explanation that I can offer.

On second thought it is also possible that you have another piece of software running that grabs the connection (like FSUIPC/LINDA or some VRI driver?). But that is pure conjecuture on my part, I don't actually know if this can really happen or not.
