Bug spoiler/flaps is back

Hi , i noticed i have the bug where 50% is deployed going in the menu via ESC and back. In the PMDG777 flaps isnt moved fysically but when using flap lever it goes direct to F15.

Anyone knows if logitech panels is affected? I didnt use the plugin.
