Assigning keyboard keys to failures

Hi all,

I'm sure I'm missing something completely obvious here, but how do you assign keys to activate certain failures? In FSX I assigned keyboard key 1 to instantly fail engine number one and keyboard number 2 to fail engine number 2. This is so I could practice engine failures at V1. Just can't seem to find this functionality in MSFS 2020. I'm using the PMDG 737.
