FBW A380 - Hard Pitch Up on short Final

For some reason when I come in on a stable approach at about 500'-1,000' the A380 will just pitch up steeply. So much so, I am unable to correct. I am not below stall speed either.  Is there something am doing wrong or not doing that I should be?
