I really want to purchase the Premium Deluxe edition, but I get an error that my locations don't match.  The MS Store seems to think I'm in California...I'm not! Anyone know how to change the region to say I'm in Canada?  I see various states that can be selected, but only in the USA.

My old account was became inaccessable so I had to create a whole
