Climb Reduce speed to 250 or lower after passing 10 000 feet

During departure and climbing holding around 250 knot and after passing 10 000 and started to accelerate ATC tells me to slow down to 250.
Gives order to climb higher but nothing about the speed. So I just turns on FMC speed and not a word from ATC

Checking SID charts I can not find any speed restrictions. Happen twice now from different airports.
