FPS Overlay Alternative - Seems pretty good,works in MS2024

I stumbled across this clean looking Overlay. Very simple but has the necessary info.  Without dealing with Afterburner/RTSS   or the rather intrusive in game Dev FPS overlay.   This one is open source from Git hub called "Clean Meter".  Its rather new, in beta, and has a few bugs but overall works well.  Not much documentation but found it easy to get working anyway.   

Once installed, when you have HWinfo running, you will have to make sure 'shared memory support' is checked in the main settings or you wont see the memory resources on the overlay.
