Strange CTDs

Guys, did anyone see this:I've started getting very strange consistent CTDs on exiting FSX SP1. Each time when I exit now the screen either freezes completely with some strange pink to red coloration on the screen, or Microsoft Flight Simulation Error window pops up suggesting me to reload. What could I do wrong in my settings? Any ideas? (I have not checked my SP2 install last couple of days, I don't think I got any problem with the exit from the game).Thanks.
