December 12, 20241 yr Last flight when center told me to contact approach and when I checked in with them no response. Freq was correct, did see that up to the left in radio it said Appr. But I continued via the Star and had to descend more no more order came so I asked Appr for a ILS approach and then they gave me instructions. I had Force Appr set On. N version Only happen once so far but they have always answered with something like Good Day on first contact but not this time. will see on next flight what happens.
