I guess for those that run full-screen, is it better to do pause on task switch. It seems FSX hangs and takes a lot longer to switch between apps and tabs via the ALT TAB button than FS9.

I always do Alt-Enter (switch to windowed mode) and then go to whatever other program I want to go to. I never use Alt-Tab with FSX. Alt-Enter works perfectly.
