Hi,I have down loaded a few Skins for FSX but when i have tried to install them there seems to be a missing file. this seems to be the common file missing in all the down loads i have done .3. Open the B747_400 aircraft.cfg file w/ the notepad, Make a back up of the original aircraft.cfg file just in case....Is it possible i have done something incorrectly ?Seems to be the file i need to install it.Any help would be GREAT as im tearing my hear out as im frustrated .

Hi ,good that u made a back next u wana back up all of the 747-400 textures then move the new 1's in and delte the old cange the names on new 1 to texture.1 texture etc.

As you may know, the repaints you download must be for an aircraft you already have. You cannot apply a repaint for a 3rd party 737 to your default 737. A good repaint will have good instructions on how to add it to your fleet, depending on if you want to replace the default textures(like I have) or add to them. It is not difficult once you get the hang of it. It is a little more of a challange in FSX than in FS9. Give us a little more info on what you are after and we can give you step by step instructions.Bob
