February 16, 20251 yr Took the Cirrus Vision Jet G2 out for a spin but noticed that I needed "a lot" of forward stick input to keep the plane level, much much more than on other aircraft. Added quite a bit of down trim to easy of the power needed on the stick but still the plane would go up into a loop if I let go. Thought that there was something wrong with the calibration of the stick but that wasn't the case. Switched to other aircraft for comparison, but there it was all fine, just a little forward push on the stick was needed for level flight if not trimmed. Switched back to the Cirrus Vision Jet G2, same story, if not trimmed "a lot" it just loops the loop if no stick input is used. I wonder if this is normal, the amount of down trim to keep the plane not to pitch it's nose up is just huge compared to other aircraft.
