Cockpit Cam button 2nd press zooms in. Can this be disabled?

This is something I have not found a way to get rid of and I def don't want it.  I have buttons on my yoke assigned to Custom Camera Views.  My main view, the one I default to forward looking I have assigned to Custom Camera 2.  And to view left, for example, to Camera 1 on another button.  If I click Camera 2 button, then click it again, the cockpit view zooms way in.  And this is true for all my assigned buttons--the 2nd hit does this and I'd much rather stop that!  Also, FWIW, for some reason IFR Pilot Position View SAVE doesn't seem to work, at least the way it did in 2020.  Maybe this is part of the issue dunno.

It's the same view you get when you hit the Reset Position button on the camera drop down:
