Fenix A319 landing technique

Hi there , all off the sudden i am not able to land this bird very well. I do have a broken left shoulder but i fly as a F/O😀 so not really an issue beside the throttle to idle/reverse etc.

I have a HOTAS Warthog and used to do pretty well.

I retard at 40 feet and Flare at 30 -20 feet but it feels way to late. (-400 fpm)

Any suggestions?

Btw the -SL feels very very floating but here i am able to be at -200-300 fpm
