March 4, 20251 yr I am not going to change my 4070 for a 5070. But if I was upgrading from something far less, I would buy the 5070 and not the 4070. The fps gain should be close to the ratio of 672/504. Where you were getting 50fps before with a 4070, maybe 67 now with a 5070. 5800X3D, RTX4070, 600 Watt, one or two 1440p 32" screens, 64 GB RAM, 4 TB PCle 3 NVMe, Warthog throttle, VKB NXT EVO stick, Honeycomb Alpha yoke, CH quad, 3 Logitech panels, 2 StreamDecks, Desktop Aviator Trim Panel.
