March 10, 20251 yr There are 3 or 4 threads on the official forum of people suddenly losing ability to either walk, or look, or both (when in avatar mode after taking command of the character (Shift C). Someone posted in that forum, to cure these issues just "reset" msfs2024. Windows Settings, Apps, Installed Apps, dotts, Advanced Options, Reset/Repair. It took about 20 seconds after clicking Repair for me. And then all my problems went away. My issues was that Walk still worked but Look did not (neither keyboard nor my controller maps). The keyboard is I J K L etc. They stropped working. After doing the repair it all started working again. So the method posted in that forum worked for me too (I had tried other things for an hour without success). 5800X3D, RTX4070, 600 Watt, one or two 1440p 32" screens, 64 GB RAM, 4 TB PCle 3 NVMe, Warthog throttle, VKB NXT EVO stick, Honeycomb Alpha yoke, CH quad, 3 Logitech panels, 2 StreamDecks, Desktop Aviator Trim Panel. Crystal Light VR.
