Aircraft Management

I am flying the Orbx Idaho FireLookouts sceneries with two different STOL aircraft in MSFS 2004

The Zenith CH701 is fun and fine to fly off these extreme strips

The Zlin Aviation Shock Ultra which should have similar attributes is almost unflyable at the low landing speeds required 

Is there a reason for this?

Anything I could do to make the Zlin fly more  like the Zenith?
