I just updated to the latest version. The previous version was working fine for me.  But now I get this error:
 

Error 61: In an xml file section aircrafts aircraft types is empty

The log file ends with this:
 

TIME_SHIFTED=false
RUNNING=true
PROGRAM_INSTALL_PATH=C:\PSXT
===> No AIG regcodes version info found at the PSXT server?
===> No archive version info found at the PSXT server?
Your RealTraffic license was taken from C:\Users\xxx\AppData\Roaming\InsideSystems\RealTraffic.lic

It does not look like you have updated to the latest version because these errors are from previous versions. PSXT does not work with version info for AIG regcodes anymore.

What is the version number in the top of your Log.txt? It should be 10.8.1 ...

Update with the file from my web site, and try again (no need to uninstall manually), pls.

 

Thanks for your quick reply!  I uninstalled and reinstalled from a fresh download.  It took many attempts to finally get it working.  I put in the correct Install Path, but it kept going into 2020 mode.  I edit paramters.xml to also set the "MSFS_2024_INSTALL_PATH" to the correct install path.  I restarted PSXT and it still went into 2020 mode.  After stopping and restarting it several times, it finally read the xml file correctly.

 

All is well.  Thanks again for you hard work.

You can easily switch between 2020 and 2024 with the checkbox before the Install path (first line in the blue area of the UI).

Unfortunately, I'm getting the same error with MSFS2020. 
Surprisingly, it says "MSFS 2024 mode" below the displayed version. 

I have reinstalled/uninstalled several times.

install path is checked, but it is empy !

The PSXT version displayed in the top left corner indicates 10.9.0. 

It worked great before the last update.

The error 61 about PVT fixes is already fixed by me, just try again.

The install path empty problem is something you can fix manually by typing the full pathy to your Community folder.
