April 26, 20251 yr Commercial Member I am working on an app that draws SID, STAR waypoint on a map, but can't figure out how to find the geolocation of the Course to altitude(CF) used in SIDs. You manage this in LNM so I thought maybe you could give me a hint on how to do it. How do you find the geolocation (laty, lonx) for Course to altitude(CF) in SID that are used to draw this point to the map. I cant find this information in the MSFS database, nor can I find any other data that can help me calculate this. Edited April 26, 20251 yr by rksoftware

I use fixed values of 150 kts and 1500 ft/min since aircraft performance is not available with that detail. Works for most cases but messes up sometimes. This is for display only anyway. A pilot flying should start the turn when altitude is reached and not at the point indicated by LNM. Detailed aircraft add-ons can use better values since the initial climb performance is known.
