KAPF Naples FL scenery flickers

A friend made a freeware scenery of the Naples Fl (KAPF) airport for P3D V4.5 - When I fly it I notice that some of the runway markers and red border lines flicker.

If I slide the tessellation factor to the left it seems to tone down the flickers a little. The person that made the scenery said he doesn't have this issue.

I don't have this issue when I fly same scenery in P3D V5.4
