Thing of it is some aircraft in P3DV5.4 will illuminate the runway i.e C-130 AND the PC6. Others do not. Now the aircraft that do not will illuminate the runway in fact in P3DV4.5 there is an option to illuminate the runway, something the is missing from the P3D5 series sim. I wonder only a few aircraft do illuminate the runway in V5 and the others don't? In P3DV4.5 I have no issues with this.

I did an uninstall client (P3DV5.4) kept the activation and just reinstalled it back. No change on light issue. I was hoping it would of.

I don't want to toss the baby out with the bathwater, so is there a conservative option to rebuild the effect folder other then starting over from scratch and reinstall the whole shebang of P3D V5.4?

Yes DL is enabled - Trouble is that none of the stock or 3 party addon aircraft illuminate the runway. I lamps are visible but not lighting the runway.

That didn't fix my issue. Still no landing light runway splash. I also have P3D V4.5 and I don't have this issue. Light in V4.5 work just fine. I can see the bulbs lit in V5.4 but not the illumination of the runway.

I would like to know how to revert from P3DV5.4 to P3DV5.3. Would I have to reinstall any addons or aircraft from reverting. Are there any P3D files that need to be saved before reverting i.e and settings configuration or other configuration files?

I'd like to address the issue I have with P3D V5.4 with regards to the lack of illumination or reflection from aircraft landing lights on the runway. I heard that perhaps this is a bug that LM did not fix in V5.4 - I think that this was not an issue with V5.3 and earlier. Does anyone know of a fix for this for V5.4? If you use P3DV5.3 do you also have this issue? Thanks This is with P3DV5.4 This is same aircraft in P3D V4.5 As you can see in image from P3DV4.5 the landing light casts a visible beam on the runway and the image from P3DV5.4 does not. In fact, all my P3D V5.4 aircraft does not cast a visible landing light beam on the runway.

I contacted the author of KCPK and he told me that he does not plan on any revision on his sceneries. I mentioned to him that the using google earth, I noticed that the parking lot on the other side of the main terminal is missing along with three flag poles. The author said it would be okay for me to add them and the parking lot detail but I have no experience with Sketchup.
