MSFS 2024 Aero Plane Heaver-INI bulids Curtiss C-46 Commando

I got the C-46 Commando for MSFS2024 Steam version and the demo video shows one of their liveries with a Jeep that is either loaded on the plane or unloaded next to the plane. The Jeep is not showing for me

and also there are yellow chocks shown in the demo and I do not see those (yes my parking brake it set). The other issue is with the two doors and can be opened from inside or outside the plane. If I open any of

the doors from the inside and I switch to outside view, the doors are closed and I am in a walk around mode first person. After I open the doors from the outside, I am auto switch view of inside the plane and the

doors will shut automatically, they don't stay open. I have V 1.1.23 - I have tried to uninstall and then reinstall twice now and no joy.

I'd like to also know where does marketplace download the payware stuff like this C-46? I found on my P drive some files associated with this plane but nothing related to textures and such like I am familiar with in P3D.
