Hello all.
I'm looking for assistance with an issue I am having when trying to do a repaint for our VA for the MSFS2020 Dreamwings Dash 8-400 which has been ported from FSX.
IN the paint kit several of the .psd files have a pink background as do the .dds files in the liveries. 
For the life of me I cannot figure out how to achieve this pink background when converting to .dds Without that back ground my files are slightly larger than those in the aircraft livery folder and just don't show in 2020. I have used the jason file in the configurator but nothing happens.
Any help appreciated.

I have tried to attach the files but do not seem to be able so to do.

SOLVED!

a second livery folder apparently is created when any new livery is used. That folder does not refresh with livery changes - has to be deleted and reloaded in case anyone else has the same issue.
