No effects in my FSX

Hello, I am on FSX SP2 / XP sp3 / N'vidia 8800 / DX9 /n'hancer 2.4.1 / and I have FEX, GEX, FTX from ORBX, UTX USA.I have no effects in my FSX and no Nav light on my defaults FSX planes closer than 150-200 meters in external view.All *.fx are right and Aircraft.cfg is also right in effect and light section. Light of aerosoft plane doesn't work at all. There aren't splash effect when I land on water neither with boats.What can I do ? If anybody can help me.....
