Navigraph Charts and Stream Deck Startup?

I use Navigraph Charts and Stream Deck with both FS2020 and FS2024, and both apps start automatically when either of the sims start. However, neither of these apps are shown as being enabled to start in the Win11 startup list, and neither of these apps are in the sim's exe.XML files. So I'm just curious how these apps are being started when the sims start. Some kind of Registry setting, perhaps? By SimConnect? Magic? 🤔
