Ipad connection issue, red background browser window

Featured Replies

First, i have to say how much LNM is simply fantastic.  I'm sure the issue I am having is user error but I'm stumped and hope someone here can point me in the right direction.  I have looked for a solution but havent found one that seems to be identical to my issue.

I am trying to use my ipad and connect to the LNM webserver running on my sim rig.  I can successfully connect using ip from firefox from both my ipad and a laptop.  The LNM window opens, i can see my aircraft, the buttons at the top of the page, etc but the background maps simply don't load.

The background stays red with the message "error please check LNM webserver is running"

I verify that the webserver is running, and I am connected.  I have windows firewall rules set up on the sim rig.  But I am stumped how I can, or if I can get the background maps to load.

Open to any ideas.  i am sure I have missee something but am out of ideas.

Thanks

Clear all cookies and the cache for the LNM web page in the web browser. You are already connected with the server if you see the error message. So I doubt it's a firewall or similar problem.

Also look if the document root is empty in LNM options on page "Web Server". Just in case there are remains of an add-on installation like Ingame VR panel or similar. A reinstallation can help if you used such a tool before.

And thank you for your kind words! 🙂

Yep - that solved it Alex!  I tried emptying the folder but got a couple unusual errors so threw the wrench at it...reinstalled and voila!  Working perfectly.

Thank you for the quick response!
