Mouse Zoom Cockpit View in FS2024?

I am trying to duplicate a FS2020 mouse cockpit view binding in FS2024. The FS2020 binding looks like the below. I can't seem to figure out how to set up the same binding in FS2024. In FS2020, I can zoom the view in and our with the mouse wheel but only if the mouse wheel is held down at the same time. In FS2024 I can zoom the cockpit view with the mouse wheel, but the wheel does not have to be held down, which is not what I want.  I can't figure out how to require the mouse wheel be held down for the cockpit zooming to work in FS2024. Thanks for any suggestions.
