Hello. I would love to know who is using laptop for simming, and how is your experience so far since 2020. Are you planning to move to PC or staying with the next laptop purchase. 

We all know that a gaming laptop is 40% more expensive than a PC with identical spec with its limitations compared to PC. However, with a good 16:9 external monitor, a laptop still offers somehat similar immersion to PC. Heat management is another challenge along with undervolting CPU, GPU, etc

IMHO, the only advantage that a gaming laptop has over a desktop is mobility. If you are going to use it with an external monitor all the time you will lose the only advantage.
A true gaming laptop isn't even thát mobile. It is heavy, large and that performance eats up battery endurance.

I give up with laptop. Just built a medium range PC, and the difference is night and day, and it is even cheaper than my laptop.
