Recommended Settings for Geforce 5070Ti (DLSS,...)

Hi,

got a 5070 Ti recently and combined it wit an Alienware AW3225QF (4K, OLED) and I'm really impressed!

Did some tests and performance seems good, however I'm not sure if the system could do better with different settings. Can someone explain  afew of the settings for me?

1. Are those DLSS Settings OK?

2. Why is there still an AMD Fidelity setting to change?

3. Why is Vsync greyed out?

4. NVidia Reflex low latency...?

5. Any other observations?

I set my monitor refresh rate to 120 Hz and I did not change any settings within Nvidia driver

With GA aircraft I'm quite stable at 60 Hz, with airliners on busy airports it falls down to 30 and below
