Rolling Cache Issue

I am on SU3. I just happened to look at my rolling cache folder and found there was no file in it. So I went into settings to the rolling cache settings. But neither the size setting or the path setting will let me type anything. The path setting shows a picture of a right mouse being clicked on the right side but no matter what I do I cannot define a rolling cache.

Anyone else seen this? Any advice on how I might deal with this? I think rolling cache is an important part of the system.

Any help greatly appreciated.
