August 22, 2025Aug 22 I have copies of both the RXP 430 and 650, after I moved my sim to the basement and set it back up both windows come back as invalid licence. Anyone have any suggestions or can help? I contacted Flight1 and they referred me directly to RXP, this is all I could find to contact them. I've deleted and re-downloaded the software to no avail.
August 22, 2025Aug 22 Unfortunately, Jean Luc Dupiot has done a runner (again) and has not seen fit to so much as visit his support forum in over two years. I consider the product to be abandoned and I'm dismayed that it's still being sold. You mentioned that you "deleted" the software--do you mean you uninstalled it using the Windows uninstaller, or just deleted the folders? I think the most likely path to success would be to uninstall, then re-install using the Flight1 wrapper. That's what installs the licensing key in your registry. You can't just run the installer you unpacked during a previous install--you have to run the Flight1 wrapper to re-register the key. Barring that, possibly doing a search in the registry for anything with RealityXP or RXP and removing it, then rebooting and reinstalling *might* work. But proceed with great caution--manually editing the registry can bork your system. Also, if you have a full system backup dating back before the problem emerged, you might try restoring that. August 22, 2025Aug 22 Author Much appreciated, sir! I’ll double check, not a very tech savvy guy but I believe I may have just deleted the folders.
