October 28, 200817 yr Author I'm not aware that this can be accomplished within FSX. However, if you set the wind blowing from 130 degrees, runway 13 should be active. You can download Airport Design Editor and use it to disable runways for takeoffs and/or landings and a lot of other stuff.
