No HEAVY affixed to Heavy aircraft callsigns

Noticed HEAVY was being omitted from the callsign in 0.2.2A. Even with HEAVY ticked. I tried to get around it by adding the word  HEAVY to the callsign, but it was read out as Hotel Echo...

Anyway, using 0.2.1 without problems at the moment. 0.2.2A is proper broke 😛
