September 18, 2025Sep 18 I'm in 12.3.0-b2, and noticed that whenever I start a flight in the region of Portugal, which is UTC+1 right now, but on the UTC-0 reference region, the day is always one less than IRL. For instance I am starting a flight from LPPT and I have Day=17/SEP/2025 ... If I try to manually set the day / time I can set 18/SEP/2025, but the moment I switch to "Real-world date & time" the day switches back to 17/SEP/2025... I then unticked the "Freeze time when paused" and, voilá! got my current date and time working again ! So if during a session we use the "Pause", even unpausing after that creates a memory of the date when the session was frozen, and from there on apparently the next session doesn't adjust to the current date and time in "Real-world date & time" (?) September 23, 2025Sep 23 There are actually several bugs like this. I have a comprehensive fix that I just need to sneak past management to get released... For the time being, either use real time sync or set the time through datarefs rather than the menu. More hilarity will ensue on October 26 when DST ends. Well, that will fix Portugal but then stuff gets weird in New Zealand when their DST starts. Edited September 23, 2025Sep 23 by Philipp Ringler CFI Flight instructor and commercial pilot. September 24, 2025Sep 24 Thanks for the heads-up, Philipp. I'm in New Zealand and will make sure not to change the clocks here until we know you've fixed the bugs.☺️
