Time machine not seeing flightplan in Msfs2020

Featured Replies

Anybody using time machine and not able to get it to recognize the loaded msfs flightplan.  I upgraded to windows 11 recently and had not used time machine for a while.  Since the ifly max pause at TOD seems broken now I tried using time machine for the first time in a while and it doesn't recognize my loaded flight. It says its connected but No Flightplan.  I downloaded the latest version and check i had Net 4.8 which it says I already have it when I try to install it but still doesn't work.

That is possible. In MSFS 2024 Asobo changed the flight plan format, so external apps can no longer read it. Maybe FS20 is doing the same now and you have to load a pln file manually. Make sure that it is the legacy/FSX format!

Edit: I ran a quick test just now using TimeMachine version 1.04. Seems to work fine in MSFS 2020.

Yes I've been using a flight plan inside Msfs2020 planner.  I've used time machine many times before, just had not used it since last winter as I was not flying much over the summer.  Tried it now both loading a generated flightplan through simbrief and also just creating one directly in msfs2020 and neither were recognized by time machine

Sorry, don't know what to tell you. It works perfectly fine for me. Version is 1.04 b01

Weird. I've uploaded the file again.

Shouldn't make a difference though, the 1.04 was all about MSFS 2024, where flight plan export works completely differently than with the others.

Once I installed version 1.04 it's working again, it recognized the loaded msfs flightplan.  The version I was using last winter was much older, maybe not compatible with something that changed in the last 8 months??? I updated to windows 11 last month, not sure if that could have been related.  It was version 1.02b1.  Glad it's working now with 1.04.  Thanks.
