I'm sure this has been asked before but all i can find is related to msfs 2020 

I have downloaded the updated honeycomb software for msfs 2024 and in general they all work  my fenix a320 works fine plus a few other payware addons but I cannot get my pmdg 777 or the crj aircraft to get the lights on.

does anyone know what the solution is
