October 21, 2025Oct 21 Without this exact windows update, you may have no mouse or keyboad in Windows Recovery Environment (like when you do a Shift/Reboot). Which would mean that you can't fix windows problems that way. This could be a very serious issue if you need to correct something in safe environment. The cure is to download KB5070773 if it is not already shown as installed in Windows Settings.
