Removing Gauge Bezels

Featured Replies

Hello:I was wondering if if any of you gauge programmers can tell me if there is a way to remove the colored panel bezels from around gauges such as EICAS, PFD or MFD's? I'd like to use one of the EICAS gauges I have in my gauge library in a panel of a different color, pref-erably without having to create another window and overlay the panel bitmapmon top of that one. I've seen some files uploaded onto one of the other Sim sites that offer the default PFD and MFD gauges without their colored bezels. The work of Harald Geier, Helmut Busch, Chris Koegler and Tony Cullen at HGHB Virtual Instruments on there EHI 40 Navigation CRT Set, comes to mind. Hopefully one of you guys will read this! Anyway, short of having to learn HEX editing, is there a simpler way to go about this? Thanks in advance for your time and response to this post.Regards,Alex CN562ZMinneapolis
