Although the meet-up is already fully booked, parts of the day will be streamed live on TwoToneMurphy’s Twitch and YouTube channels from 15:00 UTC.

The inaugural B.A.R. meet-up takes place at GG Machines in Ballymount, one of Ireland’s leading gaming PC specialists. The day aims to bring together simmers, developers, hardware makers, and real-world aviators for a full-day experience centered on Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024.

The schedule includes a variety of activities:

  • World premiere of a new MSFS 2024 aircraft add-on, presented live by the developer
  • Live VATSIM ATC, with Dublin and Shannon staffed for demonstrations
  • Hands-on flying across 14 PC stations and a PlayStation 5 Pro setup, showcasing different hardware tiers
  • VR and hardware demos, including new equipment from MOZA and the Pimax Crystal Light headset
  • Irish-focused content, such as local airports, military aircraft, and custom liveries
  • A Donegal landing challenge, running throughout the day with prizes

A social gathering will follow from 19:00.
