With the last update It happens a strange thing. I unistaled the the old version ( 3.0.17), I install the new ( 3.0.18). I open it. the version is the last. I close Little nav map and reopen  again...but the version is the old...Why?

There is no need to uninstall if you use the installer (recommended). The installer takes care of cleaning up before.

If you use the Zip archive and install manually: remove the previous installation before updating. All settings are stored in another place and are kept.

Just to be sure: close LNM before updating. In some cases the .exe might not be replaced. Normally the installer takes care of this but one never knows.
Also check the shortcut you're using. Maybe it points to the old installation.
