November 29, 2025Nov 29 I understand the problem (I think) with getting data for airports in 2024 because of the streaming of the data. However in SU4 they allow you download your content to the local storage (if its downloaded I am assuming that this is the scenery you want to use!). I have already downloaded a lot of the streamed content, scenery included, and was wondering if you are contemplating parsing the airports that are loaded locally (including Payware and Freeware). My guess is it would work something like parse the locally stored airport scenery (customisable path), create a list of those airports and exclude them from producing any results when the scan of the Base Path is performed. This would enable the parsing to operate the same as in MSFS 2020 for this portion of the scan. I am assuming here that this is indeed possible too! A lot of assumptions here but that's what you get when you don't know how easy or hard these things are to do🤔 Cheers John Harris MSFS2024, Win 11, 7800X3D, RTX5090, 64GB, TM A320 Captain Sidestick/2 x TM TQ + Left/Right Addons, TM TPR Rudder Pedals, Saitek TPM, Saitek Multi Panel, Saitek Switch Panel, Saitek Radio Panel, 6 x Saitek FIP, Honeycomb Alpha/Bravo, MiniCockpit FCU/EFIS, WinWing MCDU, Octavi IFR-1, Spad.Next, TrackIR
November 29, 2025Nov 29 Sorry, but unlikely to happen. The BGL file structure is not documented officially, changed in MSFS 2024 again and then there is also the encryption. The SimConnect loading path solves these problems. Alex Alex' Projects: Little Navmap
