B-36 Panel Missing Gauges?????

I downloaded a B-36 panel at Flightsim for the B-36 and there are three missing gauges (apu.gau, B-58 Start 1.gau and B-58 Start 4.gau). I can't locate these gauges anywhere and the authors address ([email protected]) comes back as incorrect. Does anyone have these gauges or know how I can contact John? I sent a message on Flightsim with no luck. Thanks, Bob.
