Running Opentrack headtracking software with FSX:SE

I bought a Grass Monkey odyssey IR clip and PS3 Eye Camera.  And have installed Opentrack software.  I've gotten it to work with DCS and other sims, but when I try to run it for FSX I get an error message.  I set the  Opentrack Output to "Microsoft FSX SimConnect" per instructions I've gotten from Grass Monkey. 

The popup error message is:

"Error occurred while loading protocol Microsoft FSX SimConnect.

dll load failed: Cannot load library SimConnect.dll: Unknown error 0x000000c1."

Is there a How To out there on how to get Opentrack to work with FSX?
