December 25, 2025Dec 25 Hey, I have a problem with AAO. I can't be specific to say since when because, it appear only when I try to perform some settings, the soft correctly works with MSFS if you don't expect change your personal keybinds. Here is how I proceed normally : I launch MSFS 2024 then launch a classic flight. When I popup near my aircraft, I open AAO, check if this is the good configuration, then lets go. But, recently, I wanted to change some keybind and settings into AAO. And actually, for now, every single action take between 5 and 20 sec before something happen. If I click to open a keybind in order to modify it, AAO freeze and - eventually - display the window expected. But, sometime, the windows just disappear and I'm back on the main window of AAO. I've download the last release (4.55 b26) and I tried the SU4 fix, as it is said on the DL page. But the behaviour is the very same. For now, I'm not able to use this soft. Is this a known issue? What can I do to provide relevant information or try some troubleshooting tips to resolve this issue? Bye
December 26, 2025Dec 26 Commercial Member Sounds like interference by incompatible hardware. Go to "Hardware->Device Blacklist" and move everything into the list on the right with the "Ignore" button that isn't a game controller that you are actively using with AAO. That includes mice and keyboards, everything must go that isn't a joystick, gamepad, yoke, TQ or rudder pedal. LORBY-SI
December 26, 2025Dec 26 Author Hi Lorby_SI, you're good, undeniably ! Well, I ignored every devices as you suggested, and I don't have troubles anymore. The fact is I have changed my keyboard recently, to get a special built custom one, and my previous keyboard still detected by AAO, I think that could be the source of the problem. And to be honest, I suspect the keyboard more than AAO, because it's have strange behaviour sometimes ... So, a big thank you for your quick and efficient help !
