December 27, 2025Dec 27 I am trying to figure out how I can upgrade a basic license for both a 530/430W package to a professional license for an AATD build. There's no option for such an upgrade on FLIGHT1. The only advice RXP's webpage had was "go to AvSIM". I've messaged the RXP user account with no success in getting a return message. Guessing I've got the process wrong here - does anyone have any clue how I can reach-out to RXP to buy an upgrade for these products?
December 27, 2025Dec 27 Regrettably, the RXP developer has abandoned his support forum here. He hasn't been present for well over two years. We are in the same boat and have been trying to find a way for months to get in touch with the RXP team. The contact form on their site is broken, there are no numbers or e-mails listed and no response from them on this forum. Hopefully someone can provide a solution.
January 29Jan 29 Author I did note that Precision Flight Controls is a reseller. I’m going to reach out to them for help. Seems strange and sad that the company has gone beyond falling off the grid when they have a decent product. - Don
