July 30, 200718 yr Sad news to report the untimely death of a great local seaplane pilot and his passenger. He was a fixture on the Willamette River in his 1941 Taylorcraft float plane. His pilot's credentials were quite impressive so I'm posting the article from the Oregonian Newspaper to give his full history.
