January 2Jan 2 Subject: Purchased AAO V4 from Flightsim.to — Download Missing Desktop Installer (Only Panel Modules Provided) Hello Lorby team, I recently purchased AxisAndOhs V4 from Flightsim.to for US $20.25, and I’m running into an installation issue that I hope you can help clarify. What Flightsim.to Provides -------------------------- My purchase page on Flightsim.to shows: “Activation & Support — No Serial Code required” and provides a single ZIP download. I understand that AAO V4 no longer uses serial keys, so that part is fine. The Problem ----------- The ZIP file provided by Flightsim.to contains only the simulator‑specific panel installers, such as: - LorbyAxisAndOhs_Install_MSFS.exe - LorbyAxisAndOhs_Install_MSFS24.exe - LorbyAxisAndOhs_Install_P3D_V2/V3/V4/V5/V6.exe - LorbyAxisAndOhs_Install_XPLANE.exe - LorbyAxisAndOhs_Install_FSX / FSX_SE.exe These installers correctly install the MSFS in‑sim panel module, but they do NOT install the actual desktop AxisAndOhs application. What’s Missing -------------- The download does NOT include the desktop installer normally named something like: - AxisAndOhs_Install.exe - LorbyAxisAndOhs_Install.exe - AxisAndOhs_Setup.exe Because of this, the following folder is never created: C:\Program Files\Lorby-SI\AxisAndOhs\ And the main executable: AxisAndOhs.exe is missing entirely. Symptoms -------- Since the desktop application is not installed, I only have the in‑sim panel. I do NOT have: - Axes tab - Buttons/Switches tab - Scripts tab - Templates tab - Curve editor - Device assignment What I Need ----------- Could you please advise: 1. Where customers who purchased AAO V4 through Flightsim.to can download the full desktop installer, since the ZIP provided contains only the panel modules, and 2. Whether the full installer should be available through Flightsim.to or directly from Lorby‑SI. I can provide my Flightsim.to purchase confirmation if needed. Thank you very much for your assistance. — Charles

That is incorrect. These are the files that install the complete variant of the application for this simulator. They are all individual apps with individual installers. 15 minutes ago, pelican223 said: Because of this, the following folder is never created: C:\Program Files\Lorby-SI\AxisAndOhs\ And the main executable: AxisAndOhs.exe is missing entirely. There is no "main executable", none of the files exists. All AxisAndOhs variants can be installed in parallel. They all have individual folders in "program files" and differently named exes -and consequently different installers too. Check your Windows Start menu, after installing one or more variants, they are in the group "LORBY-SI" Also, make sure to check your AntiVirus doesn't interfere with the app/installation.
