Sims loads on the wrong side of selected RWY

Howdy Gang:

I've had this odd issue happen for the past week or so.  I build a flight using simbrief, export it via the downloader.  When the sim opens, I select the flight from the "World Map", "More",  "Load/Save", "Load from this PC". The correct RWY shows under "From", "Select DEP",  "RWY".  But, when the sim loads, I'm usually at the opposite end.  I have to back taxi. 

Any thoughts/suggestions?
